The pho is phenomenal, their stir fry noodles are just as good. Everything is fresh, the staff is so very kind. 10/10 recommend this place !!

I had such a great experience at this restaurant. The pho was incredibly flavorful — the broth was rich and aromatic, perfectly balanced with fresh herbs and tender slices of beef. You can tell everything is made with care and authenticity. The portions were generous, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a comforting meal on a cool day. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu — especially the spring rolls and iced coffee I saw at the next table! Highly recommend this place if you’re craving real, delicious Vietnamese food.

Probably the best Pho I've had in the area, cant attest for other locations downtown, but by far - the best. Broth is amazing, super rich with such a depth of flavour. I had the Pho combo which comes with rare beef, brisket, beef balls and beef tripe. I kindly requested no tripe or the balls but if they could increase the amount of rare beef, which they were more than accommodating. Im not a huge fan of fatty meat, however, the fat along the brisket was rendered very well - i didn't find myself chewing for minutes just to eat one piece.

My favorite Vietnamese food in town, but THE BEST BUN BO HUE everrrrrrr, and best Pho in Louisville! Please don't leave without trying their coffee .

We tried the Vermicelli Bowl with chicken & grilled shrimp, the Pho Ga with chicken, and the Stir Fried Noodles with grilled shrimp. They were all delicious and fresh. Recommend ordering the hot tea, too. Vin Bun was voted the Best Vietnamese restaurant in town! We agree.

We came here for lunch when visiting Louisville. We ordered 2 bowls of beef Pho, egg rolls and broken rice dish. Pho was pretty good - flavorful broth, tender beef. However I was disappointed at the grilled pork broken rice dish. Service was pleasant.
